The Kop HQ visits The Kopite HQ as Jay Riley appears on the latest podcast episode

By Mick Moran – @m1cklfc

In episode 19 of The Kopite podcast co-hosts Matt Ramirez and Mick Moran were joined by Jay Riley to analyse the unreal 4-0 hammering of Barcelona at Anfield on Tuesday night.

The trio went into great detail recapping the performance and picking out their key men. The goals on the night were praised and in particular the crucial goals from unlikely heroes Gini Wijnaldum and Divock Origi.

They went on to talk about and praised the job Jurgen Klopp has done in catapulting this team to back-to-back Champions League finals, the first English team to do so since Manchester United in 2008 and 2009.

The guys also answered your questions and involved them in the chat heavily, discussing who their player of the year is and if they’d prefer the Premier League or the Champions League if push comes to shove.
