The Kopite Podcast returns! Mick Moran joined by Redmen TV’s Ross Chandley

The Kopite makes a belated return to the podcast arena with host Mick Moran being joined by RedmenTV’s Ross Chandley for the first episode of 2019/20.

The duo kicked off with a brief synopsis of the Newcastle game and waxed lyrical about the importance of Roberto Firmino, what he brings to this Liverpool team and how he changed the game following his introduction following the injury to Divock Origi.

The lads then moved onto Tuesday’s disappointing 2-0 defeat away to Napoli – a performance in which the 2-0 score line didn’t feel warranted at all for how well Liverpool played at the Stadio San Paolo.

The topic of how well Fabinho played against the Italians was a big topic for the boys and they discussed how the Brazilian has taken his own game and that of Liverpool to a new level over the last few months.

The topic then shifted to the forthcoming away trip to Stamford Bridge and what that had in store. The boys then went on to answer some questions from The Kopite’s Twitter page before giving their score predictions for the Chelsea game on Sunday.

We’d like to thank Ross for taking the time to make an appearance on the podcast!
